Service Description

Using my own brand of Meditation - Mindkindness - (Neuro Linguistic Meditation) combined with N.L.P. Each session lasts around 30 minutes and can be booked privately on a one-to-one basis or in small groups of friends and families. Available to book in multiples sessions of 5, to give you the best possible results. When booking any session please kindly refer to my Terms and Conditions page.
