My Personal Coaching Online Program comes complete with 10 fully interactive sessions lasting 75 minutes per session and are booked and paid for in advance. The sessions are booked on a weekly basis (depending on availability), but it may be possible to arrange up to 3 sessions in one week. All sessions need to be completed within a maximum of 10 continuous weeks. When booking any session please kindly refer to my Terms and Conditions page.
