I have been practicing Meditation since the age of 17, when I went to the Japanese retreats of Seicho-No-Ie (learning the power of mindset, and focusing on my goals), and teaching it for over 6 years in my coaching sessions.

Each session lasts around 30 minutes and can be booked individually, in groups, and also online.
Available to book in multiples sessions of 5, to give you the best possible results.
